The development was the first HQ of the company in Romania, and it was tailored from the beginning around the business model and workflow of the client.
The building houses spaces for the maintenance and cleaning of the platforms, storage spaces, changing rooms for the personnel, and a large office area, on three levels, that covers more than one third of the total built surface.
